We use unknowingly EPSOM salt for a lot of things in our houses. Basically it comprises of Magnesium. Great for aches and pains, plus it works miracles round the home too. With so many uses, you'll wonder how you ever got by without it. like Facial Wash,Tile/Grout Cleaner, Homemade Sea Salt Spray, watering to plants, Smoothing skin, Itchy Skin or Bug Bites.With the relative combination of Epsom salt with olive oil etc.
